Office of the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Kohima District organized an inter-college speech competition under SVEEP Campaign with the theme "No Voters To Be Left Behind" on 13th February 2023 at DPDB Hall Kohima.

Addressing the Students, DC and DEO Kohima, Shanavas C, IAS thanked the participants for their active participation and cooperation and encouraged them to exercise their vote in order to have the right leaders elected for a better future.

During the Speech competition, Wangshei Konyak from Kros College bagged the first position while Diezenuo Chuzho from Baptist College and Hyulo Tsela, Kohima College bagged the Second position. The event was chaired by Sangmou Khiamniungan, EAC(P), and a vote of thanks was pronounced by Limakumla Pongener EAC, Kohima and the panel of judges for the event were Assistant Prof. Lemchangpila Sangtam Kros College; Assistant Prof. Dr. Sentinaro from Baptist College and Assistant Prof. Ase Yalie, Kohima College.
