As part of the Jan Jatiya Gaurav Divas 2023, a Swachchta campaign was conducted on 24th November 2023. Secretary, Tribal Affairs, Angelina Tajen, NCS and Director, Tribal Affairs, I. Sino Phom led a cleanliness drive from Nagaland Civil Secretariat to Tribal Affairs Directorate office premises.

The department of Tribal Affairs organised various events to commemorate the tribal freedom fighters. The celebration commenced from 15th November and will conclude on 26th November 2023.
