Kohima Law College celebrates Teachers’ Day on 5th September 2022 at its Auditorium Hall organized by Kohima Law College Students’ Union (KLCSU) with the theme – “Leading in crisis, re-imagining the future”.

The LL.B students of the 1st semester, IIIrd semester & Vth semester presented a special number dedicated to teachers, speeches acknowledging teachers’ sincerity, sacrifices with several gifts, and also hosted their teachers with a grand lunch.

Another wonderful Kohima Law College tradition is the past-out students who are already into law practice and others visited their teachers at home with gifts in acknowledging their teachers for what they are today. The teachers' and students' relationship always continues to help each other in any situation and this is the beauty of being a teacher in this college, said a senior teacher Kezhokhoto Savi. He said that the college produces judges of the High Court as well as district courts, promising advocates and we have a few others such as administrators, several officers, and even an IAS and IPS officers come and study law in the making as well as already earned LL.B degree. Two students from different batches were awarded the “Gold Medal” in the recent university convocation ceremony conducted by Nagaland University.
