The Government Higher Secondary School Tening celebrated Teachers' day at the school auditorium on 5th September 2022.

Joseph Gangmei, the Headmaster addressed the teachers and students citing the significance of teacher’s day and the important roles of teachers in the community.

The occasion was celebrated with meaningful songs and dances from the students. Gifts from students were also presented to teachers during the program.

Mezaisu a class 10 student read out a short speech on behalf of the students. A short speech was also delivered by Huzenglui, while Chamdin delivered the vote of thanks.

The formal program was chaired by class 9 student Wiriha.
