Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Minister, Nagaland had a press conference for the upcoming Sim Racing Formula 1 India Open 2026 Kohima Round- Nagaland at Zone Niathu, 7th Mile, Chumoukedima on 25 August 2026.
Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited will conduct the Kohima round of the F1R Sim racing India open 2026 on the 28th and 29th of August, 2026 at NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima to be organised by the Nagaland E sports Society. It is India's first official formula 1 R - sanctioned national sim racing championship, designed to discover and develop the next generation of motor sports talent through competitive Simulation racing. TXG Expo Nagaland 2026 is a two-day celebration of gaming, e- sports, technology, AI, digital creativity and emerging digital industries, bringing together competitions, workshops, exhibitions and interactive experiences under one platform.
The expo aims to create opportunities for young people to explore new-age industries, compete in digital competition and connect with the rapidly growing ecosystem of gaming, technology and innovation.
As part of Mumbai falcons racing ltd.’s nationwide talent identification initiative, aspiring racers will compete on professional grade formula 1 simulators with successful participants progressing to different stages of the championship pathway. It also aims to create a structured pathway for young racers to enter the motor sports ecosystem while building awareness around careers connected to motor sports, engineering, data analytics, race strategy, simulation technology, team operations, broadcasting and event management.
The F1R Sim racing India open 2026 features a total prize pool of 2 crores. Beyond the competition prize pool, the overall winner will also get an opportunity to participate in Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited's "One in a Billion Hunt-Agla Star", supported by a 3 crores driver development fund.
This initiative aims to support talented young racers in taking their first steps towards professional motor sports.
