Training for expenditure monitoring cell was conducted at DC official chamber on 20th January 2023. Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi IAS chaired the programme and welcomed all the members. EAC, Tseminyu, Tumben P.Tsanglao was the resource person.
