Training for Micro Observers for the coming general Election to the 14 Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 was held at DC's Conference hall Kiphire on 21st February 2023.

Deputy Commissioner & DEO Kiphire T Wati Aier highlighted a brief instruction to the Observers and encouraged them to perform their assigned duty diligently.

General Observer, Sridhar Babu Addanki, IAS also exhorted the observers to be punctual in their duties and should reach the polling station before the start of the mock poll. Since Micro Observers are the representatives of the General Observer he encouraged everyone to give out their best duty and to make sure that no problems will arise during the voting day.

The duty of the Micro Observers is very simple since the Election process is already done by the DEO, their duty is only to observe so when sending the report everything should be in detail in order to avoid any misunderstanding, he added.
