The four day training on Office Procedures & Accounts for Tseminyu District concluded on 26th August 2022 at Town Hall Tseminyu with resource persons, Andreas Lotha, Under Secretary, Economic & Statistics and Khinyi Woch, Sr. Accounts Officer (Retd.), and Guest Faculty ATI accompanied with Peter Konyak, Lecturer (Computer) ATI and Mezhuzolie Yiese, Stenographer ATI.

Andreas Lotha spoke on file management, forms of communication, file noting & drafting, noting & drafting of communication, APAR & maintenance of Service Book and Service Matters: confirmation, seniority & promotion (DCP) and resignation. Khinyi Woch briefed on Transfer Allowance (TA) Rules, Pension Rules, GPF, NPS, CPF, different kinds of Leave Rules, Medical Attendance Rules and MACP.

Altogether, seventy eight (78) members from various departments under Tseminyu district participated. During the valedictory programme, Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi IAS reminded all the participants to not forget about the office procedures and accounts matters. He also presented felicitation certificate to all the participants. The programme was chaired by Tumben, P. Tsanglao EAC Tsongi and vote of thanks was delivered by Mezhuzolie Yiese, Stenographer  ATI.
