TRAINING ON OYSTER MUSHROOM CULTIVATION HELD AT KOHIMA

ATMA Kohima district conducted training programme on Oyster Mushroom Cultivation through Paddy Straw under Skill Training for Rural Youth (STRY) Scheme under the Sub-Mission on Agriculture Extension (SMAE) of National Mission on Agricultural Extension  Technology (NMAET) of Ministry of Agriculture  and Famer’s Welfare, Government of India from 7th -12th December 2020 at Perizie Colony, Kohima.

 Mhathung Tsopoe, Horticulture Inspector and Team Member Nagaland Bee Keeping & Honey Mission was the resource person. Trainees were introduced with medicinal, nutritional and its economic benefits on how one can sustain for its livelihood. A total number of 18 participants were trained.
