Medical Department, Peren organised training for Police personnel , ASHAs & Anganwadi workers at ADC Jalukie, Conference Hall on 28th April, 2020 with DSO, Dr. Kevi Meyase, MO CHC Jalukie, Dr. Albert and DIO, Dr. Asangla as the resource person.

The trainees were trained on different topics which includes; cluster containment strategy and community surveillance, COVID-19 contact line listing, house to house search of suspected COVID-19 cases in a cluster, daily reporting format for Supervisor/block, contact listing & follow-up for frontline health workers and COVID-19 dead body management.

The participants were also demonstrated on proper hand washing technique and donning & doffing of PPEs.

The training programme was organised so as to make them aware if any incident related to COVID-19 arises in the district.
