The Second phase of training for the presiding officers and first polling officers in view of the upcoming General Election was held at Government College Dimapur on 16th February 2023.

General Observer P. Ramesh and DC & DEO Sachin Jaiswal Dimapur briefed the polling personnel about the basic rules and reminded them of their roles and responsibilities and to follow the proper guidelines while performing their assigned task.
