Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer of Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa organized a Training for Tuensang District BLO related to the special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Roll with respect to 01/01/2024 as the qualifying date, and a Hands-on training of BLO App on 25th July 2023 at CKS Conference Hall, Tuensang.

In her introductory note, Lithrongla stressed the importance of rationalization of polling stations, deletion of proxy voters, and enrolment of new voters as per the qualifying date of 01/01/2024. AEO Tuensang Nilo Katiry gave a proper PowerPoint presentation on Special Summary Revision with respect to 01/01/2024 as the qualifying date, the proposal of new Polling Stations, and the BLO App.
