Tuensang District Task Force for COVID-19 held a review meeting at DC’s conference hall on 5th May 2020.Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant chaired the meeting.
The meeting reviewed on the ongoing preventive regulations and implementation from every stakeholders present in the meeting. The members also deliberated on the recent developments of exchanging the stranded people within inter district of Nagaland from 7th to 9th of May applying proper preventive measures.
The Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio will be visiting Tuensang District Hospital and will be having meeting with district officers and NGOs of the district. Movement of public in the town area will remain unchanged and will be allowed during day time and will restrict movement from 5:00pm to 6:00am as earlier.
As per the state directives travellers from within Nagaland will not be kept under institutional quarantine but if need be will acted as per the individuals’ symptoms and health.
The District Education Office along with The Eleutheros Christian Society ECS will be coming up with a Facebook page where lectures and notes will be made available for all the students of each classes.
