Two days football camp and exhibition match under Systematic voters Education and Electoral Participating (SVEEP) was organized by Deputy Commissioner and District election Office, Zunheboto Rahul Bhanudas Mali, IAS in collaboration with Nagaland Sports Association at Zunheboto college ground on 3rd and 4th November 2023. The programme was a SVEEP initiative towards the promotion of voter’s awareness and registration among new eligible electors.

         The Deputy Commissioner in his short speech exhorted the students that every vote makes a difference and to strengthen our democracy one should participate in the election process and vote without being biased or any unfair means. He added that  sports is important not only for our health but it also keeps our mind and body sound and well and that no depressions or any psychological problems affect us when our body is fit and sound. He also encouraged the students to always have Sporting spirit by being fair and always playing with game spirit. He thanked the Nagaland Sports association for their corporation and hoped that in the future too they will do the same. He wished the participants best of luck for the 2 days football camp.

          Earlier the program was chaired by Bisalee Thonger, Assistant elector officer (AEO), short speech by state SVEEP icon Keneinguze Pienyu and vote of thanks was delivered by Moplin M Phon, EAC HQ & SVEEP Nodal officer.
