The first VDB building, which was constructed in memory of Lt. Vamuzo Phesao, former Chief Minister & A. M. Gokhale, IAS the then Deputy Commissioner, Phek was inaugurated at Kutsapo village on 27th April 2021 by Minister for Planning and Coordination, Land Revenue, Parliamentary Affairs, Neiba Kronu.

            While appreciating the villagers for their tireless effort, Kronu called for whole round development. He urged the villagers to maintain drainage and road while maintaining cleanliness. He called for human resource development and also urged for utilization of water resources, adding that the two need to go hand in hand.

            The Minister said that the village is blessed as various development activities are taking place in the village and called upon the villagers to work for the welfare of the people.

            The function was chaired by Zashevezo Rhakho and welcome note was delivered by VCC Ketsapo, Shevotso Rhakho. Purpose and concept was given by VDB Secretary, Vechikhoyi Lohe. Short speeches were delivered by Project Director, DRDA, Phek, Razukhru D. Vasa, former CPO president, Sovenyi Chakhesang and Kupota Khesoh NDPP Candidate. Vote of thanks was proposed by first VDB secretary, Dukhuyi Vadeo.
