The long awaited weekly Wednesday bazaar was inaugurated on 21st April 2021 by EAC Shamator, Chenithung Ovung. The Wednesday bazaar is a Self Employed Women Association Shamator (SEWA) Project dedicated to the people of Shamator. 

Women Welfare Officer MSK Tuensang, Sangmao M appreciated and encouraged the venture. The programme was chaired by Secretary, SEVA Shamator Unit, T. Tsurila, dedicatory prayer was done by Pastor STBC, Rev. R. Thsankiu and thanks giving note was given by Convenor SEWA Shamator unit, K. Ester.
