WENN organized financial literacy workshop in Mon district aligning with WENN’s 2023 theme Financial Literacy in partnership with the State Bank of India (SBI).

This is the 3rd district in a series of workshops that are being held in nine districts of Nagaland in 2023. 

The event was attended by 181 women entrepreneurs from different sectors. The enthusiasm and eagerness of the participants to learn about financial literacy were overwhelming, and the response to the program was heartening. 

The resource person for the workshop was Arijumak Longchar, branch manager of SBI Mon town, who covered the topic of financial literacy in detail. The workshop provided insights into financial management, types of accounts, loans, credit scores, and other essential aspects of financial literacy for entrepreneurs.
