Commemorating 75th years of Independence, “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, the department of Health & Family Welfare, Wokha conducted a block level health mela for Wokha Sadar block on 30th April 2022 at Likya Community Hall.

Dy. Chief Medical Officer, Wokha Dr. Zuben Kikon, while highlighting the importance of organizing health mela, said that, it is not only to provide health checkup free of cost but also to create awareness to the public on various health care schemes and programmes initiated by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GoI with efforts to bring health services to every doorstep with the target of improving health status of the general population.
