Zunheboto District convened its monthly DPDB meeting on 5th December 2023 at the DC's conference hall, Zunheboto.

 

DC Zunheboto, Rahul Bhanudas Mali, IAS, expressed gratitude to all district HODs for their services during the 50 years of Zunheboto district hood, and also Ahuna festivals celebration making the event a grand success.

 

During the meeting, the DC released the DHEW yearly calendar 2024 and launched the Menstrual Cycle booklet. The forthcoming Zunheboto District Jubilee souvenir will be published in the next DPDB meeting in January 2024.

 

Agenda discussed were approval sought by DPRO department for converting the old DPRO Office into DPRO staff quarters. The house agreed to send the proposal to higher authorities.

 

Inclusion of Sr. SDEOs in District Planning and Development Board was requested, and the house agreed for their inclusion.

 

Application seeking approval for the upgradation of Urban station Suruhoto to a full-fledged Town Council was discussed and agreed upon to be sent to higher authorities.

 

Application for registration of Elohim Charitable Trust and Eagles Club Suruhoto was discussed and agreed to be sent to higher authorities for approval.

 

The house also agreed on the constitution of an implementing committee for LADP.
