The 10 anniversary of Beti Bachao Beti padhao (BBBP) was observed at Cultural Hall, Shamator Town on 22nd January 2025 organised by the District Hub for empowerment of Women (DHEW), Shamator in collaboration with District Administration.  Imparting of speech and Oath taking ceremony was administered by the Deputy Commissioner & Chairperson DLC Mission Shakti, Chuba Temjen.

Inter-ward (female) song competition under the Theme: "Aliberu Mongshi Khun" was held to mark the occasion.
