Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio, laid the following reports/rules:

i)        Nagaland State Disaster Management Rules, 2007

ii)      The Nagaland Government Printing press (Technical) Amended Service Rules,

iii)    The Nagaland Public Service Commission (Chairman, Members & Staff) Regulations, 2008 (with amendment up to 13-12-2021)

iv)    Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission Separate Audit Report (SAR) for the years 2009-10 to 2017-18

 

CONSIDERATION AND PASSING OF GOVERNMENT BILLS

a)      Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in-charge of Home, and Roads & Bridges, Y. Patton moved and passed the Nagaland Village and Tribal Councils (Fifth Amendment) Bill 2022.

b)      Minister of Soil & Water Conservation, and Geology & Mining, V. Kashiho Sangtam, moved and passed the Nagaland Groundwater (Regulation & Control of Development and Management) Bill, 2020.

PRESENTATION OF THE COMPTROLLER & AUDITOR GENERAL OF INDIA'S (C&AG) REPORT

Chief Minister and Minister-in-Charge of Finance Neiphiu Rio, presented the following:

i)        State Finances Audit Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the year ended 31st March 2020 (Report No.1 of 2021).

ii)      Appropriation Accounts 2019-20

iii)    Finance Accounts (Volume-I) 2019-20

iv)    Finance Accounts (Volume II) 2019-20

 

PRESENTATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY DEMAND FOR GRANTS FOR THE YEAR 2021-2022

Chief Minister of Nagaland and Minister-in-Charge of Finance Neiphiu Rio, presented the Supplementary Demand for Grants for the year 2021-2022.

 

LAYING OF REVIEW OF THE TRENDS IN RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURE BY THE MINISTER-IN-CHARGE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, FOR THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD QUARTER OF THE YEAR 2021-22.

Chief Minister of Nagaland and Minister-in-Charge of Finance Neiphiu Rio, laid a copy of the Review of the Trends in Receipts and Expenditure for the First, Second and Third quarter of the year 2021-22, as required under Section 11 of the Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act 2005.
