District Election Office Noklak organised the 12th National Voters' Day at DC’s Conference Hall Noklak on 25th January 2022 under the theme, 'Making election inclusive, accessible and participative.'

Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Noklak, Hiazu Meru said National Voters' Day is one of the important days in our democratic country which also marks the founding day of Election Commission of India. He urged upon the gathering and the district people to create awareness and spread message to those who have reached the age of 18 years to enrol in the electoral roll. While congratulating the awardees of BLOs, the DC stated that in an election process, BLOs plays an important role and to this, he requested them to continue their works sincerely.

SDO (Civil) & ERO Noklak in his welcome address congratulated all the newly enrolled voteers in the district. The programme was chaired by EAC (P), Merishan Ezung.

 N. Amos P/T GPS Wansoi under 56A/C Noklak and Tsupanthong R P/T, GPS Metonger under 57A/C Thonoknyu were awarded Best BLOs during the occasion which was handed over by the DC.
