Advisor for School Education and SCERT, KT. Sukhalu, IAS (Rtd) graced the opening ceremony of the 3rd edition of the Trojan's Cup Open T20 cricket tournament which was organized by Trojans XX Club on 8th December 2022 at Zunheboto Public Ground.

In his speech, the Advisor wished all the players to play with good team spirit. He encouraged the players to maintain discipline, and good health so as to excel in sports. He further added that since the Nagaland government was reeling under employment saturation, he encouraged the youths to be active in entrepreneurship, Sports, etc and the government is always ready to help the youngsters if they are sincere.

Altogether nine teams from different districts are participating in the tournament.

Earlier, the programme started with an invocation by Kughalu Chishi, home evangelist ZTSBC, a welcome song by sunbeam school, a presidential address by Hekato Yepthomi, a special number by Avika, oath-taking by Toka Swu, and finally, the special guest declared the tournament open.

In the opening match, the Wicket Wizards defeated Astrabarrys by two wickets.
