In view of the bituminous surfacing work from Peren Kipeujang to Peren Headquarter, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Peren, D Robin has issued a travel advisory informing that the road stretch from Peren Namdi to Peren Headquarter via Peren Government College shall remain closed to all vehicular traffic from 21st January 2026 to 28th January 2026.
The ADC has also advised and requested all vehicles to use the alternative route from old chalkot Junction to Peren Headquarters via New Peren village during the aforesaid period.
It further stated that the travel advisory was issued in the interest of public convenience and for strict compliance by all concerned.
