The Census Director, Dr. Keneilhoutuolie Miachieo, IFS, visited Phek District on 8th July 2026 and took inspection review on the ongoing House Listing Operation (HLO) under Census 2027.
Census Director also held an interactive meeting with Census Officers and its functionaries in the district, and reviewed the status of the ongoing census operations being carried out in Phek. During the interaction, the Director emphasized the importance of accuracy and completeness, and reminded the field functionaries for adherence to the prescribed census guidelines during the enumeration process.
Subsequently, Director visited Losami village and conducted interactive reviewed meeting with enumerators and supervisors engaged in the census exercise, where the Director encouraged the field personnel to continue to carry out their responsibilities with diligence and professionalism to ensure the successful completion of the census operations.
