DC, Chumoukedima, Polan John, NCS, has informed all the land owners whose land has been measured for acquisition to set up Nagaki Incubation City under Medzhiphema subdivision, Chumoukedima District, that documentation for disbursement of land compensation shall be done as per the schedule given below:

Ruzaphema Village - 5th- 9th May, 2025

All concerned land owners under the above-mentioned villages are requested to submit the following documents to the Land Revenue Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chumoukedima, Nagaland, during office hours for processing the payment.

1. Passport-sized photo : 6 nos

2. Bank Account details: 1 photocopy of the front page of the Bank passbook.

3. Identity Proof: Aadhar card /DL/EPIC, etc

4. Landownership papers duly certified by the concerned village council.

The disbursement schedule for land compensation shall be notified in due course of time.
