In reiteration of the earlier order dated 22nd December 2022 and in the interest of public safety, DC Niuland Sara S Jamir has imposed restrictions on the movement of heavy vehicles passing through the Zubza (Atughoki) bridge, Niuland.

The restrictions are as follows:

1. Only a single vehicle is allowed to pass through the Zubza bridge at a time.

2. Only heavy motor vehicles with 2 axles (6 Wheels) will be allowed to ply on the bridge.

3. The number of 2-axle HMVs crossing the bridge will be restricted to 30 (thirty) only per day.

4. Movement of heavy motor vehicles with 3 axles (10 wheels) and above is strictly restricted from crossing the bridge. 

Defaulters will be fined Rs 10000 (Rs ten thousand) and will lead to the seizure of the vehicle.

This order is for strict compliance.
