The Deputy Commissioner of Niuland has informed all the citizens of the District that a cash incentive of Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) will be awarded for institutional delivery of child under any of the CHC/PHCs of Niuland District.

It further informed that all the deliveries or birth of girl/boy child in CHC Niuland or any of the PHC under Niuland District are asked to submit doctor's certification reports to the office of Deputy Commissioner, Niuland.
