The Department of Labour Commissioner has issued a circular stating that the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Scheme has been extended to all the districts of Nagaland State as notified by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India vide Gazette of India notification No.CG-DL-E-15042025-262455 dated April 15, 2025 and No.CG- DL-E-18102025-267025 dated October 17, 2025 effective from 1st May, 2025 and 1st Nov' 2025 respectively.
Therefore, all concerned Employers of the following establishments employing 10 or more persons are informed to register their establishments along with their coverable employees on or before 31st Jan' 2026:-
