The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, has issued a circular informing that the 8th edition of the Nagaland Emergency Preparedness Exercise (NEPEx) 2026 will be conducted on April 30th, 2026.

The exercise is being organized in pursuance of directives from the Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home Department, Kohima.

In preparation for the event, a virtual capacity building programme will be held on April 22 2026, from 11:30 AM onwards at the Video Conference Hall, NIC, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Dimapur.

All concerned officers from line departments have been requested to attend the programme. Heads of Departments (HoDs) have been directed to participate in person or nominate a senior-level officer in case of their absence.
