The Department of School Education has notified to all the concerned that the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), in collaboration with MyGov is organizing a nationwide Poster Making Competition for school students with regard to Heatwave Safety. The competition will remain open till 15th July 2026 and the details are as follows:
Poster Making Competition will be held under the theme: “Stay Cool, Stay Safe”, with Cash Prizes of ₹. 50,000/-. ₹. 30,000/-, and ₹. 20,000/- respectively for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize.

All the DEOs/ Sr. SDEOs & SDEOs are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the schools (Govt. & Private) under your jurisdiction including CBSE, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas to encourage maximum participation of students.
