The Peren district Committee meeting for the lighthouse was held at Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, Peren on 28th November 2024.

The team for Peren Government Higher Secondary School lighthouse from Kohima highlighted about the safety construction of buildings, which is very important for the safety of the students. The team also addressed the community health and safety, security risks and its impacts on project. They aslo informed that ESS sets out the requirements to address resource efficiency and pollution project life cycles.

Deputy Commissioner Peren, Hiazu Meru stated that the facilities provided by the World Bank is very good opportunity for the district as well as for the general public. The DC encouraged the citizen to co-operate with the contractor and the workers for smooth early completion of the project. He assures that the district administration shall render all possible assistances for early completions
