State Election Commission, Nagaland has informed that the Polling for the vacant seat at Ward 11 (Zhipa) under Pfutsero Town Council was successfully concluded on 28th October 2025.
The State Election Commission, Nagaland commended the entire Phek District election machinery, including the Returning Officer and her team, DC, Phek and his Officers and staff, Election Observer, SP Phek and her team in the District and in Pfutsero Sub Division, Polling Officials, Ward authorities, Voters, and various Civil Society Organizations and all those who have played their respective roles toward the successful and peaceful conduct of the poll.
The polling saw a voter turnout of 87.09 per cent. It was a straight contest between two Independent candidates. Counting of votes and declaration of results will be on 31st October 2025
