In exercise of the provisions under sub-section (3) of section 31 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2023, the under mentioned officers, who have been detailed for appointment and deployment as Election Observer by the Government bide letter No. PAR-4/01/2023 kohima, dated th2 25th September 2025, are hereby appointed as “Election observer’ in respect of ward No. 11 (Zhipa) under Pfutsero Town Council.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (3) and sub-rule (4) of rule 20 of the Nagaland municipal Election Rules, 2023, the State Election Commission, Nagaland has approves the list of Officers designated as Returning officer and Assistant Returning Officer by the Deputy Commissioner, Phek for the Conduct of fresh election to ward No.11 of Pfutsero Town Council, Phek district.
