Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) & Administrator Tuensang Town Council (TTC), Tuensang, Ajit Kumar Verma has issued a notice on 18th February, 2021, in order to promote plastic – Free sensitizing campaign in educational institutions, that there will be an inter-school painting and essay competition on 23rd February, 2021 at Government Higher Secondary school, Thangjam detailed as under :

 

Painting Competition. 

            1. Time - 10:00am to 11:00am

            2.Theme - Plastic free schools / Tuensang Town. 

            3. Prize money - 1st. 3000/-

                           2nd. 2000/-

                           3rd. 1000/-

             4. Classes allowed - CL. VI - VIII. 

             5.Max participants - Two from each school. 

       

  Essay Competition. 

 

             1. Time.  - 10:00am to 11:00am.

             2. Theme - "Challenges and Measures to make our town Plastic Free" 

             3. Prize money - 1st:3000/-, 2nd: 2000/- and 3rd: 1000/-

             4. Classes allowed - CL. IX & X

             5. Max. participants - Two participants from each School. 

          All the necessary material required for above mentioned competitions like sketch pen, chart paper, writing pen and paper etc. will be provided at the venue. 

         In view of above, all the Schools under Tuensang Town have been requested to inform and encourage the students for participation and submit the names and details of the participants by 22nd February, 2021.
