In view of the incessant rainfall and the consequent rise in water levels causing severe flooding in and around Naginimora Sub-Division, and considering the imminent danger posed to public safety, all movement of pedestrians, two wheelers, light motor vehicles, heavy vehicles and all other forms of traffic over the Dikhu Bridge connecting Naginimora and Longleng is hereby prohibited with immediate effect until further orders. The bridge has been severely affected by flood waters and is at a risk of collapse at any moment.

            Any person violating this advisory shall do so at their own risk and shall be liable for action under the relevant provision of law.
