Additional Deputy commissioner, Tening Lemlila Sangtam has informed to all the concerned citizens under Tening jurisdiction that the Tening Town council is launching 'Swachh Diwali ' campaign from 7th to 12th November 2023 under  Swachh Bharat mission 2.0.

In this regard all citizen/ public have been requested to make the occasion a green Diwali by using only a single use plastic and pollution free event. Further, it also informed to all for strict enforcement of ban on use of fire crackers within the ULB jurisdiction.

            The defaulter will be penalized as per appropriate section of the law.
