Additional Deputy Commissioner & Administrator Tuensang Town Council (TTC), Tuensang, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS has issued order on the recent surge in COVID – 19 cases and as decided during the meeting of District Task Force (DTF) for COVID-19 on 30th April, 2021 and as a measure to ensure the better record keeping of visitors /customers at various business establishments for necessary contact tracing in future, all the hotels, restaurants, lodges, bakeries, wholesalers, general shops, hardware, barber shops, beauty parlours and other big business establishment engaging with large number of customers are hereby directed mandatorily keep a register to maintain the details of the visitors /customers on day to day basis as per following format:

Name, contact number, alternate contact number, full address, time in and time out. Any non-compliance of this order shall lead to suspension/cancellation of trade license and other penal action under relevant provision of Law.
