The Craftscape Corner was inaugurated by Advisor to Chief Minister, Nagaland, Abu Metha at the Naga Heritage Village, Kisama.

Metha congratulated the curator, Sentila T. Yanger and thanked her team for adding so much value and colour, and dimension to the Hornbill Festival.

The exhibition presents an opportunity to meet Naga artisans and experience handmade distinctions of tribal craft specialties by skilled artisans who embrace dignified livelihoods in keeping alive intangible heritage. The exhibition also seeks to create awareness on the fading craft traditions. The artisanal crafts will be available for sale directly from the artisans.
