Advisor, IPR, SCERT and Village Guard, Toshi Wungtung held a meeting with the District officers of Tuensang on 30th April 2020 at Circuit House. 

The Advisor appreciated the District Task Force (DTF) on COVID-19pandemic and all the front line warriors for controlling the pandemic in the district and also expressed happiness for cooperation given by the citizens of Tuensang district from day one of the lockdown to which, he requested all to continue with the same spirit till pandemic is over. 

Advisor took the stock of district Hospital which is also designated as COVID-19 hospital. He informed that the ambulance, ventilator, PPEs, medicines and other necessary kits will be arriving soon. He urged all the front line warriors to be well prepare and equipped with the advance technology of health care facilities.

Wungtung also spoke on the burials of COVID - 19 death bodies if any case arises. He also advised that proper guidelines has to be follow and maintain while handling and disposal of the death bodies. In order to contain the COVID-19, the Advisor requested the District Administration and Law enforcement agencies to keep vigil in all the district boundaries and also the international boundary of Myanmar.
