Assam Rifles of Miao battalion 25 sector AR under the aegis of Inspector General (North) Zunheboto organized a Security meeting With GBs of Zunheboto Town at Unit location in Zunheboto on 20th march 2023.

The main agenda of the meeting was to analyze the security situation before and after the General Assembly Elections 2023.

The meeting enabled them to scrutinize the unchecked vulnerabilities and facilitated drafting the framework to mitigate any security threat.

18 GBs from 13 different villages attended the meeting and during the meeting, GBs mentioned that GBs are peacemakers of any village and will always stand with Assam Rifles to counter any illegal activities, unethical practices, and extortion. They thanked the Assam Rifles for organizing such programs which is a necessity for building a bridge between the army and the public. Assam Rifles also thanked the GBs for their participation and assured them that the Assam Rifles will always stand with the public and so requested their cooperation in the coming days too.
