General Observer, Mukesh Kumare Ahuja, Expenditure Observer, Vinayak Bhat, and DC and DEO Tuensang, Nokchasashi had a meeting with Sector Magistrates of Tuensang district at DC Conference Hall Tuensang on 24th February 2023.

DC and DEO briefed all the sector magistrates to intensify the movement and should make their presence visible in respective clusters' polling stations. He also briefed about the lapse of canvassing windows from 4:00 PM on 25th February 2023.

The sector Magistrates were also briefed on any eventualities like mal function EVM, Breakdown of vehicles, and law & order situations. The general observer also highlighted that the ultimate objective is to bring back the polled EVM safely to the strong rooms and the responsibilities of the entire functioning will be under the sector magistrates in the respective cluster polling stations.
