Through a letter addressed to the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, the Chief Minister of Nagaland, Dr. Neiphiu Rio appealed to the Government of India to urgently review and withdraw the Protected Area Permit (PAP) regime in the state of Nagaland as unanimously adopted during the recently concluded Nagaland Legislative Assembly session.
