Co-ordination meeting consisting of all Medziphema subdivision HoD's both state and central took place in the ADC conference Hall at Medziphema on 24th November, 2023 under the chairmanship of ADC Medzipema James Swu.

The meeting deliberated on some of the department land issues/encroaching of government land by the public, measures to combat the land issues faced by the department. ADC reminded the officers to identify the department land and that every department should have a precise map.

The meeting discussed and decided to have a mass social work on November 29, 2023 in view of the upcoming Hornbill festival starting from 1st December 2023.The VCC and Hd.GB also informed all the villages along National Highway-29 four-lane stretch social work will be conducted from 6 A.M onwards. So, the chairmanship requested all government and public to participate in the social work and clean their own office jurisdiction and own village area.

ADC reminded the office to deliver their duties sincerely.
