The full text of the condolence message by the CANSSEA on the demise of Late Temjen Toy is as follows :

“The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees’ Association (CANSSEA) is shocked to learn the sudden demise of the Chief Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Temjen Toy, IAS on the 28th January 2021.

We, the State Services Employees of the Government of Nagaland see him as a very humble, sincere, dedicated and upright bureaucrat. He was an epitome of equality and justice. We have seen from his works and deeds that his mission was for the wellbeing of the people and the State. His selfless service towards humanity shall go down the annals of our history.

In this hour when the whole state is mourning, it is our humble prayer to God, the Almighty to grant solace to the bereaved family.

May the departed soul rest in eternal peace.”
