The Indian Air Force will conduct an Open Recruitment Rally at Nagaland Armed Police Training Centre (NAPTC), Chumoukedima District, Nagaland for induction of eligible youth into Agniveervayu (AGV) cadre from 31st August 2026 to 6th September 2026.

Summary |
The expected turnout for the rally is approximately 1000 candidates on the days earmarked for male candidates and about 500 candidates earmarked for female candidates. The rally will conducted in two cycle, with an overall duration seven days.
The Recruitment Rally will primarily cater to candidates of Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura and Sikkim. This centre is the nodal agency of Indian Air Force that carries out recruitment in the North Eastern state of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura.
This initiative forms part of the outreach efforts of the Indian air Force to bring recruitment opportunities to the doorstep of the youth of Nagaland and to encourage greater participation of local aspirants in serving the nation through the Indian Air Force.
