Coordination meeting consisting of all Medziphema Sub-Division heads of offices was held in the ADC office on 18th January 2021 under the chairmanship of ADC Thuvisie Phoji.

The coordination meeting chalked out the programme of the upcoming republic day. Owing the pandemic it was decided the celebration would be held at ADC office, scaling down of the contingents and no cultural programme until further orders.

SDO(C) Tokai Sumi did the work distribution to all the departments. ADC Thuvisie Phoji reminded the officers to deliver their duties sincerely and coordinate for the successful celebration of the republic day.
