In regard to the registration of the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) and Card Generation of Pensioners, DC Chumoukedima has informed all the pensioners under the Chumoukedima districts for enrollment in CMHIS. The pensioners can approach the registration center from 26th June to 7th July 2023 with the following documents:
- PPO parts 1, 2 & 3 (Photocopy)
- Birth Certificate & Aadhar card of the applicant and his/ her dependents (Photocopy).
