Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS has informed all the printing presses to indicate clearly in printing line, the name and address of the printer and publisher of any election pamphlets, poster and such other materials printed by the press. It is inform that a copy of the printed material and the declaration of the publisher as required under section 127 (2) of the RP Act is to be sent by the printer to the DEO and if it is printed in the state capital, then it is to be send to the CEO within three days of such printing.

           All printing presses under the District have been asked to comply with the instruction /guidelines, failing which action will be taken as per relevant law of the state.
