Basing on the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued by the respective Village Councils / Councils of P. Khel, D. Khel, L. Khel, Thizama, Pfuchama, Phesama and Kigwema, the Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Mohammed Ali Shihab A IAS has informed to all concerned that any new development along the RoW of the proposed 2-Lane Kohima - Bypass Road Project (2nd & 3rd Package) should "not" be undertaken by any individual/clan/groups/organisations. The order has been issued for strict compliance.
